The name and brand, EXOS Aviation, was inspired by outermost layer of the earth's atmosphere, the EXOSPHERE. The earth has multiple layers to the atmosphere and the EXOSphere is the HIGHEST layer before the vast void of space. At EXOS Aviation we will provide the HIGHEST level of service available.
EXOS Aviation was founded in 2015 to provide personalized quality aviation solutions to our clients. Our clients are looking to either buy or sell an aircraft. We will review your past, present and future mission needs, determine what type of aircraft would be the best 'fit' for you and perform a worldwide search. Our job is not completed until you are satisfied with the completed transaction. Maintaining a reliable, honest reputation and your satisfaction, is the most important thing to us and we will not compromise it.

David Fitzgerald
Founder & President
David over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, with clients around the Globe in various countries, spanning aircraft sales, Part 91 and 135 operations, aviation finance and aviation technology. This allows him to focus on providing clients with superior service and representation through the combination of market intelligence, industry experience, and a regard for the complex aircraft ownership experience.
Prior to founding EXOS Aviation in 2015, David worked with Mente Group, based in Addison, Texas providing aircraft sales and consulting services. Before Mente Group, David worked with a fractional airline, Avantair, headquartered in Clearwater, Florida for 7 years, including serving for several years in an executive role. While at Avantair, David participated in many large financial transactions including an IPO in 2007, a PIPE in 2009, and multiple aircraft acquisition and financing transactions. He was also responsible for implementing flight scheduling optimization technology software that transformed the company’s processes for matching customer flight requests with available aircraft and pilots. Prior to Avantair, David held a finance role for several years at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics at a facility in Pinellas Park, Florida.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University, a Corinthian College. He also is a licensed A&P Technician. David resides in the Dallas, Texas area with his wife and daughter.
